Actvie & Passive Sentence (Simple Form)

Active Sentence คือ ประโยคที่กล่าวถึงประธานเป็นผู้กระทำเป็นหลัก

เช่น ฉันกินข้าว – ประธานคือฉัน เป็นผู้กระทำคือ กินข้าว

Passive Sentence คือ ประโยคที่กล่างถึงสิ่งที่ถูกกระทำ(กรรม) เป็นหลัก

เช่น ข้าวถูกฉันกิน – ข้าวเป็นสิ่งที่ถูกฉันกิน

ท้งสองประโยค ให้ความหมายเดียวกัน แต่ประโยค ฉันกินข้าวเน้นที่ประธาน “ฉัน” กำลังทำอะไร ส่วนประโยคที่สอง ข้าวถูกฉันกิน แสดงว่ากำลังเน้นที่ “ข้าว” หายไปเพราะถูกฉันกิน

Syntax  (ไวยากรณ์)

แน่นอน Active Sentence ในรูป Simple form ก็คือ

ประธาน + กริยา + กรรม  (Subject + Verb + Object)

Example

   ฉัน+ กิน + ข้าว   (I + eat + some rice)

Active Sentence = I eat some rice.

Active Sentence = Subject + Verb + Object

Passive Sentence จะซับซ้อนขึ้นมานิดนึง ก็คือ

กรรม + กริยาที่ถูกทำ + โดยประธาน (Object + Passive Verb + “by” + Subject)

Passive Verb = Verb to be + V3 (Past participle verb)

Example

   ข้าว + ถูกกิน + โดยฉัน (Some rice + is eaten +  by +  me)

Passive Sentence = Rice is eaten by me.

Passive Sentence = Object + V.to be + Past participle verb + “by” + Subject)

Past participle verb ส่วนใหญ่มีรูป คล้ายๆ Past Tense Verb  คือ Verb ที่เติม d หรือ ed

Note:  Past Tense Verb ใช้ในประโยคที่แสดงถึงสิ่งที่ผ่านมาแล้ว (Past Tense)

Verb ที่ลงท้ายด้วย e ให้เติม d ได้เลย เช่น

bake  -> baked  

share -> shared

love -> loved

hate -> hated

move -> moved

ที่เหลือให้เติม ed เช่น

wash -> washed

call -> called

listen -> listened

walk -> walked
talk -> talked
wash -> washed

ความยากอีกเรื่องนึงก็คือเรื่อง Participle Verb ที่เปลี่ยนรูป  ลองจำดู

Example:

Active Sentence: I drink the milk.
Passive Sentence: The milk is drunk by me.

Step: 
1. Object (กรรม) ของ Active Sentence  มานำในประโยค Passive Sentence
2. เปลี่ยน Verb ของ Active Sentence เป็น V.to be + V.ช่อง3
3. Subject ของ Active Sentence เปลี่ยนเป็น "by" + Subject (เช่น Name of person, Object Pronoun[me, you, him, her, us, them, it])
